Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
· Marketing, in developing, implementing and controlling designated marketing activities (including but not limited to advertising campaigns, consumer promotions and new product / service development) both for corridor support and in-ctry marketing activities focusing on new initiatives.
· Developing marketing strategies and team business developments.
· Coordinate public relationships and communication efforts
· Establish short and long-term strategic plans and programs for marketing products/services, resulting in optimum growth, sales and profits.
· Develop innovative strategy in response to customer needs and changes in market and business function.
· Meet or exceed growth targets by finding new ways of doing business.
· Identify customer needs that we can meet; develop and deliver executive summaries and presentations to sell solutions that meet those needs.
· Demonstrate and communicate the proven financial value of products/programs to customers.
· Oversee local portfolio management efforts.
· Participate in ongoing customer interactions that contribute to business insights and results, and train team on Voice of the Customer techniques and toolbox.
· Ensure key innovation metrics are being achieved and use as a guide to monitor pipeline.
· Assist in creating a marketing structure that supports current and future growth objectives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is strongly preferred.
· 8+ years professional/marketing experience is required.
· Experience in developing marketing strategy, product marketing and channel marketing.
· Ability to build a strong marketing team.
· Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures.
· Ability to develop and implement a national marketing program.
· International marketing working experience is preferred.
· Excellent written, oral communications and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
· Strong leadership skills and global mindset.
· Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capability.
