Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai
Job Function:
· Responsible for performing strategic market analysis to meet defined business objectives.
· Lead to conduct primary and secondary research projects for mobile phones, computing/Internet devices, consumer electronics, semiconductors, software and services in support of marketing communications, business development, sales and product management team across divisions.
Responsibilities:
· Provide periodic industry forecasting to analyze business development and market trends.
· Responsible for performing strategic market analysis by integrating internal/external data, information and macro-economic data.
· Initiate market research studies, surveys or analyze the findings upon business priorities and functional teams requirements.
· Interpreting data, writing reports and providing market intelligence for internal and external customers, and making actionable recommendations in a timely manner.
· Develop and manage industry analyst relations.
Qualities:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study.
· At least 5 years marketing or marketing communication experience.
· Ability combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge.
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required to communicate analysis, forecast, and findings in both English and Chinese.
· Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization both within inside marketing function as well as outside (business development, sales, product marketing, etc.)
· Ability to develop and evolve long-term strategies while driving tactical projects.
· Self-driven, proactive & independent.
· Strong academic background in economics, statistics, or related field.
