出纳(Cashier)
工作职责
-收款管理----收款以及缴存现金收入
-报销的管理----包含填写付款申请，个人报销审核，IOU管理, 支付员工报销及退费
-发票管理----填制/给予学员发票
-发票管理---申请,汇总,报告
-报告的编制，管理学校固定资产以及存货管理
-执行财务部规定的政策
-定期参与财务培训及会议
职位要求
-大专及本科学历，财务相关专业；
-1-2年财务相关经验优先；
-英语口语及书面表达能力可；

1. Cash Management -Money Collection
2. Cash Management -Depositing Cash Revenue and ensure the safety of cash
3. Reimbursement Management----includes payment request, personal expense report, cash advance, payments of reimbursements and refunds
4. Invoice Management---Issuing Invoices
5. Invoice Management----applying, report the usage
6. Revenue / Refund Assurance
7. Reporting --- Excel & Sales force
8. Issuing Refunds
9. School Fixed Assets Management
10. Inventory Management----Books, Gimmicks
11. Execution of the finance policy in school
12. Periodical Finance Trainings and meetings
Job Requirement
Experience: 1 or 2 years related working experience
Educational Requirement: Bachelor degree on Accounting or Finance ;
Additional Requirements
1.Related working experience is a plus.
2.Good Oral and Written English is required; Above CET4
3.Excellent EXCEL skills
Other mandatory
The job holder should be willing to work at the weekend and 3 days during the week day
