3. Purpose of the job 工作目的

1. Coordinate between sales teams, production sites and global DSCM for Demand and Supply Chain Management Asia, supporting two regional business teams for Specialty Resins and PCC.
2. To match demand and supply by managing the sales & operations planning process for DCR AP in line with overall business objectives of the DCR AP business teams for Specialty Resins and PCC.
3. Coordinate and optimize all site logistic activities for achieving an optimum in costs and service towards customers
4. Drive logistics project on site /of site and between site and end customers
5. Be member of and act as secretary of the BMT coating resins, preparing and leading integrated business Management process. at regional level.
Job Content工作内容:

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任

i. Organize the employees and contractors to learn all SHE & Security policy, program and system, and take part in the activities of SHE& Security in our site actively.
ii. Offer related knowledge and guidance of SHE& Security for employees and contractors ensure SHE & security works go smoothly.
iii. 3 Organize the employees and contractors to put all SHE& Security policy, program and system into effect.
iv. Supervise and inspect the implementation of their works, including the employees, contractors, SHE& Security management, and establish the corrective actions.
v. Improve the department of SHE & Security work continuously.

vi. Create suitable Customer Service Level internally and externally for APAC. Implement it and monitor the results.
vii. Driving Class A project, and ensure Monthly SOP cycle be implemented flawless.
viii. Being responsible for S&OP process (Sales & Operation Planning) DCR AP, and ensure supply balance demand at all level.
ix. Lead and coordinate old and off-spec item reduction.
x. Coordinate other issues of DSCM (Package, sample delivery, GHS labling etc.).
xi. Work together with global DSCM to have synergy of all DCR site worldwide.
xii. Monitor and review performance of logistic service providers.
xiii. Select, Monitors, evaluates & reports realized logistics service level of production sites and physical distribution partners.
xiv. Present DSCM in the Operational Team and align in this role the OT objectives with the overall business and DSCM objectives.
xv. Identify and agree chain improvement project with business and manufacturing management.
xvi. Develop and implement competencies, work –processes and systems for the production sites logistics departments(transportation call-off, export procedures, third party logistics relations)
xvii. Report fully, regularly and in proper format.
xviii. Driving for continuous improvement on business process

Knowledge and educational level知识和教育水平

– University or above or equivalent experience in business administration or other DSCM / logistics-related field
– Good command of English
– Knowledge of business steering model and business process
_ MBA or Master in Supply Chain Preferred
Required level of experiences所需的工作经验

- DSCM experience, over 15 years
- Multi-national company experience,10 years
- Over 10 years’ experience preferably in OTC-related disciplines
- Business concept overview
- Sales/ Marketing experience
- Negotiation skills
