Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 管理厂务系统设备设施日常运行和维护保养，包含中央空调系统、排风系统、压缩空气系统、水泵、风机、管道、阀门、废水处理系统、变频器、传感器、电动执行器等
2. 制定设施设备日常运行计划、维护保养计划，指导并监督现场团队按时完成，全面跟踪维护保养、维修工单状态，确保运行数据记录和报告保存完整
3. 第三方现场维护维修供应商管理
4. 易耗品及维护维修备件采购进度跟踪
5. 制定现场管理体制，指导并监督现场团队严格执行，向技术员提供技术支持和培训
6. 管理工厂能源消耗，不断改善能源管控，达到节能目标
7. 识别运行风险并合理管控，跟踪管理法规强检，确保符合法规要求

                                

    

Requirements:

1. 大专或以上工科类相关专业，机电一体化相关专业优先
2. 五年以上工作经验，三年以上设备管理经验，厂务和后勤及医药行业设备设施管理相关工作经验优先
3. 熟悉中央空调系统、排风系统、管道阀门、自动控制等工厂公用设备设施运行维护管理体系，熟悉设备设施备件管理体系
4. 具有良好的工作计划能力和多部门协作能力，具有较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力，良好的沟通能力
5. 熟练操作基本的办公软件，英文具备读写能力
6. 身体健康、吃苦耐劳、良好的服务意识和团队精神
