Key Responsibilities:

主要职责1：供应商放行/封锁/供应商评估

1、与采购部一起商讨执行供应商放行和封锁。

2、维护合格供应商清单及供应商主数据。

3、与采购协调供应商签订合同。

4、若发现绩效指标未达成情况，要及时汇报给上级领导。

5、定义供应商管理程序文件及指引。

6、组织相关部门完成年度供应商评估。

主要职责2：环境管理体系和ROHS的监控和管理

1、推动供应商满足Sony绿色环境认证，ROHS等要求。

2、将公司的环境管理要求和ROHS等的相关要求完整的传达给供应商，监督其满足公司的要求。

3、制定IQC关于ROHS的监控标准和实施。

  

主要职责3：应对外部审核和内部审核/供应商审核/供应商开发

1、跟进供应商审核计划及更新报告至ATS系统。

2、与主审员监控审核结果及纠正措施。

3、协调内部与外部审核。

4、对内外部审核问题点与相关负责人总结出纠正措施计划及跟进落实情况。

5、必要情况下执行供应商开发项目。          

  

主要职责4： 沟通和协调

1、和总部沟通关于SQM的相关事宜。

2、协调对总部关于SQM指令的执行。                                                                                                         

3、培训相关部门关于SQM方面的需求。     

 

  

 Requirements:

1. 大专及以上学历，优先考虑有工程教育背景者。1年或以上在供应商质量管理或品质体系管理方面的经验

2. 在体系IATF16949,VDA6.3,ISO14001,ISO 9001,RBA和EPQM有良好的认识。

3. 对QC工具及8D,FMEA,CP APQP有良好的认识。

4. 良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作技巧。

5. 良好的办公软件应用如Excel, Power Point等。

6. 良好的英语书写和口头表达能力，以及中文普通话。
