职位描述
Duties and Areas of Responsibilities
?
Promotion Management
?Develop, deploy and implement trade marketing plans to achieve desired sales.
?Establish and implement tracking system to monitor effectiveness of promotional activities.
?Provide input of sales demand forecast for national or customized sales event if any and build into SAP system
?Provide pay-out analysis for trade and promotion expense, understand financial impact of promotions and adjust future promotional plans to improve ROI
?Work cross-functionally to design, plan, execute and improve trade promotion effectiveness, helping to sharpen consumer objectives
?Measure the return on promotional investments with customers
?Understand financial impact of promotions and adjusts future promotional plans to improve ROI
?Use assessments to change current promotions or make recommendations for future promotion
Solution Selling
?Understand the customer’s underlying needs, wants and opportunities
?Establish a strategy to match products, displays, and promotions to customer strategies
?Use questions skillfully to uncover, understand and resolve any perceived risks the customer has to implementing a solution
?Handle objections effectively
?Create support materials that lead others to greater understanding and acceptance of a new idea, product, service, proposal
Project Management
?Work closely with the project members to s attuned to and monitor the timelines, milestones and expected end results
?Update and communicate plans to take advantage of achievements and progress
?Openly report problems as they arise and builds contingency plans
?Assess project based on the agreed KPI’s and provide recommendation for future improvement
POSM Management
?Work closely with marketing and agency to develop and design proper POSM according to shopper/channel Insight to win shopper attention and drive brand awareness and equity
?Key in the POSM allocation into system based on the aligned plan
Minimum Requirement of Incumbent :
Education: College/ university graduate
Experience:
?Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
Special Knowledge & skill:
?Fluent speaking English
?Good computer proficiency in MS Office.
?Strong system and logical thinking
?Strong accountability and problem solving ability
?Good communication skill is essential.
?Good inter-personal skill is necessary
