Responsibilities

• Perform technical presentations to potential customers, provide pre-sales support and define optimized solution for customer’s application.
• Conduct product technical training to customers.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical training materials.
• Perform products installation and provide technical assistance.
• Perform diagnosis of failures, complete repairs and calibration of products with the objective of technical support activity organization in China.
• Provide feedback, on a periodic basis, to Product Management and Marketing based on learned customer and reseller requirements.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor in Electrical or (preferred) Optical Engineering.
• Beginner to 3 years of electrical/optical engineering experience.
• Good communication in English.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
