职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and support finished goods purchase order delivery to CFS facilities
Communicate SOPs with factory and logistics partners
Present appropriate logistics reports to stakeholders
Understand shipping requirements, ensure all cargo, document and information are on time in full delivered to CFS
Foster strong relationships with vendors, 3PLs, customers etc., and act as point of contact for logistics related issues
Monitor KPIs and conduct regular review with vendors and logistics partners to ensure service quality and initiate necessary improvement
Conduct workshops, training sessions for vendors, logistics partners, and stakeholders when necessary
Partner with US team to ensure all PO & shipping information are correctly available in logistics partner track and trace system
Ensure factory on time booking for subsidiary orders. Monitor factory booking performance, ensure factories book from 3PL 15 days prior to finished shoe delivery date.
(SI) Shipping Instruction Verification and Distribution for subsidiary orders. Coordinate with US Logistic Team to verify the SI document accuracy, to distribute the updated SI to factories. Guide factory user to access the correct link to assess the most updated version via online sharing system.
(SO) Shipping Order Follow Up for subsidiary orders. Trace the on time shipping order release from 3PL forwarder and customers.
Meeting Customer Shipping Requirement for subsidiary orders. Coordinate with US Logistic Team, Customer and Factories to meet any shipping request by 3PL and customers, including Ship Mode change, Shipment Consolidation, HTS code Verification, Pre-Shipment Inspection, Pre-shipment Inspection by customer nominated inspector, VO ready by Indonesia, Domestic Truck transportation by China, etc.
Packed and Unshipped Tracking for subsidiary orders. Daily follow up the overdue reasons in PO level, come out the Packed and Unshipped tracking report.
Ensure ASN Receipt by 3PL for subsidiary orders. Coordinate and coach factory to enter the accurate information in Packing List, to make sure 3PL (EI) and customer receive the EPO and ASN information, to prevent holding penalty and shipment delay in forwarder.
Ensure factory Invoice submission and FCR Upload with full shipping documents for subsidiary orders. Monitor factory invoice submission status after shipment, and track the complete shipping proved document to be upload in GTN, to ensure payment not stuck by incomplete document submission.
Shipping Document Preparation for subsidiary orders. Ensure factories to prepare complete set of Shipping Document and ship to customer for customs clearance purpose, per the description required in Shipping Instruction.
Act as Logistic System Owner for LOs. Coach factory to access the most updated Shipping Instruction via accurate Sharepoint online link, guide factory to create the Packing List and submit the Invoice in GT-Nexus.
Shipment Claim Handling for subsidiary orders. Coordinate with US Logistic Team and factory to follow claim process and verify the responsibility party when shoes missing at destination port.
Act as Sample Coordinator across brands. As facilitator between US Sample Coordinator and LO/Factory Development team, to distribute the sample orders, monitor sample process through sample order placement, sample order confirmation to sample on time delivery. Report the Excess Sample Material and monitor the Excess Sample Inventory after each season end.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education:
- University graduate in logistics operations or other related disciplines preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience logistics or operations
Knowledge:
- Effective presentation, communication, problem-solving, decision-making skills
Strong analytical and computer management skills in MS office applications
Strong leadership and able to influence different level people
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Interpersonal Skill:
- High initiative, accountability, independence, proactiveness, and self-driven
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Requires ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests to ensure timely response
