你需要完成的任务：

• 及时与内部用户沟通影响其部门活动的技术问题；
• 分析事件与影响；
• 与内部IT部门及外部供应商协作，确保IT问题的及时解决；
• 完成SLA的关键指标；
• 分析报表并提出改进；

Responsibility you will have:

• Communicate with your internal customers (customers relation centre) concerning incidents impacting their activity.
• Analyze incidents and impacts.
• Animate oxylane IT teams and external partners to guarantee incidents resolution on time.
• Lead the Service Level Agreement management, and follow key indicators.
• Analyze activity reports to improve processes.

我们希望你：

• 本科及以上学历，一年以上工作经验
• 熟练掌握SQL，最好掌握PHP；
• 团队合作，以用户为导向
• 英语熟练，会法语优先

Qualification we required:

• Bachelor degree(or above), beginner or 1/2 years experienced
• SQL mastering, PHP appreciated
• Teamwork and users oriented
• Speak/read/write absolutely English
• French is a plus
