Summary:

Looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to manage operations in China to ensure consistent and high quality delivery to the customer in line with all SLA’s and KPI’s.

Skills and Job expectations:

1. Proven experience in managing cross functional teams for successful product delivery

2. Understand customer expectations, program requirements, development process flow and ways of working

3. Customer reporting with respect to status report, review of overall tasks and issue/escalation resolutions

4. Project management (managing schedule & cost with Quality) as per program commitment/ goals (meetings SLAs and ensuring productivity)

5. Effective communication across all stake holders (customer, vendors, onsite, offshore, support functions and other cross functional teams) to improve Productivity and SLAs

6. Understand customer concerns (both said and non said) and alert team timely and escalate to well defined escalation path if there’s serious concern that need immediate attention & resolution

7. Ability to enforce and maintain organizational process consistency among multiple projects and product teams

8. Rich people / team management skills

   • Resource forecasting, Team building, Employee Engagement

   • Hiring new resources as per project requirement

   • Groom and Mentor Team, Define Goals and Conduct appraisals, and get Continuous improvement

   • Minimize attrition and keep flock together

   • “Off-boarding” and replacement resource with suitable KT process. And monitor the progress and sends status report to all stakeholders.

   9. Identification of skill gaps, training needs and keep building the team skills with respect to latest technologies and customer requirements

  10. Experience in Risk management concepts – Predict project risks at the start, Identify the risks during course of execution, plan mitigations and track the risks to closure

  11. Extensive experience in managing electronic hardware design and development project, should be an expert on Electronic Product Development and production life cycle

  12. Experience in data management practices to comply with documented procedures and practices

  13. Experience in identifying new opportunities, and making SOW, Proposal and handling customer in closing deals for business growth

  14. Fluent in English – Listening, Speaking and Writing.
