NCAB Group is a global leader in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry, selling over 121 million PCBs yearly from 17 different countries. We are looking for a Sustainability Engineer within our Factory Management team in China.

    

As a Sustainability Engineer, you will be playing a key role working with our factory management team in China and you will work with our main factories/new factories to audit them for Corporation Social Responsibility and Environmental area. To make sure they are running business in a sustainable way and secure sustainability in the supply chain.

    

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  

    

Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    

    

• Code of Conduct implementation and compliance in Factory Management and factories
• Audit and evaluate new factories Corporation Social Responsibility and Environment compliance.
• Conduct Sustainability audits in factories and create detailed audit reports
• Follow-up on Corrective actions plans and consult factories during process
• Communication and training on sustainability (customers visiting China, internal NCAB China)
• Carry out sustainability related task example for ROHS and REACH compliance, Conflict mineral reporting according to guidelines

    

    

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    

• Have basic knowledge for sustainability relative standard ISO26000, SA8000, RBA, OHSAS18001 etc.
• 2 years or above in CSR or EHS system management.
• Has experience in PCB industry is preferred
• Experience CSR or EHS auditor/CSR officer/Social compliance Assistant
• Solid knowledge in local labor law; wages & insurance; benefits; health & safety; chemical management laws; labor contracts; environmental protection law etc.
• Have college degree or above.
• Profound knowledge in Chinese & English  (written and spoken). 
• Profound computer skills in MS office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
• Good teamwork and communication & coordination skill.
• Methodic, diligent and ability to drive change and improvements.
• Flexibility to travel in China or Asia
