POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is an international IT services company focusing on integrated CRM solution and services for its customers in various industries, i.e. airline, automotive, consumer & product goods, cosmetics, HT & electronic, public sector, healthcare, hospitality, etc.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the operation team to reach client's KPIs target under the condition of acceptable cost and qualified performance
- Continuously monitor and improve the operations process and get necessary internal operations support
- Generate operation process based on fully understand business process and CRM objective
- Generate the monthly fulfillment report, Review and communication with client on operation status, giving suggestion of how to improve
- Provide solutions for client's new requirements
- People management and willing to develop talents
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above (fluent in English is a must)
- 8-10 working experiences.
- Minimum 4 years' management experiences in call center operation mgmt, like Staffing, Training and Quality mgmt, Productivity mgmt, On-site mgmt, Operational process mgmt, People mgmt, TL, SV
- Client & customer focus with strong interpersonal skill and effective communication skill
- Quality Certification in COPC, ISO, 6 Sigma or HPMT would be preferred
- Good coaching/mentoring skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Outgoing and used to work under pressure
- Open to take challenges; able to adapt to very dynamic business environment
- Experience with online trading/e-commerce preferred
