职位描述
As Information Technology & Security Manager
? Provide high quality and effective IT based Services to satisfy end users in industrial, sales and administration sites in China.
? Define the infrastructure for all China sites according to the strategy defined by the Group Infrastructure Director
? Manage the infrastructure projects in China
? Maintain in operational condition the infrastructure for all Chinese sites
? Manage the IT resources of all China sites
? Manage IT Incidents & Support
? Be Responsible for IT Security for all Chinese Sites according to the policy and procedures defined by the Group Information Security Officer
As Information Systems Manager
? Support the Organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction and business efficiency improvements.
? Define the Applications landscape for all Chinese sites according to the strategy defined by the Applications Director
? Manage the Applications project (including ERP systems projects).
? Manage the Applications resources of all China sites
? Manage IS Incidents & Support
As Information Technology & Security Manager
? Execute the Group strategy for Information Technology
? Maintain & evolve the infrastructure according to the business needs and deliver appropriate level of services
? Comply with Architecture, Security, Vendors guidance from Group
? Report KPI on infrastructure services
? Ensure IT Operational Security in China
? Organize the team to deliver the appropriate level of service
? Lead infrastructure project as project manager
? Manage the regional infrastructure team.
? Organize team activities.
? Set up personal objectives and evaluate performance of staff.
? Be the local contact for all IT security certification processes, Common Criteria’s EAL or ISO
? Prepare budget and follow-up actuals.
? Execute the Group strategy for Information Systems
? Ensure customer's expectations are fulfilled (external, internal) and drive actions to meet requirements.
? Interact with business stakeholders to analyze specific requirement and manage concerns and issues.
? Comply with Architecture, Security, Vendors guidance from Group
? Analyze and develop systems to support the business in China
? Support and secure the Information Systems performance (availability)
? Control and monitor the Applications landscape and Information Systems initiatives and projects in China
? Active interface to Group Information Systems for all Chinese related tasks and issues.
? Develop plans to improve high efficiency through technology and digital transformation.
? Develop and document program logic and detail, code, comply test and debug application programs/modules.
? Controls software development life cycle
? Assist and prepare documentation on operating instructions and procedure.
? Run and Operates Applications
? Manage support and escalation for Applications incidents
? Control software license inventory
? Supervising and motivating the Applications team to work proactively, collectively and efficiently
? Coaching, training and evaluation (employees’ performance review)
? Prepare budget and follow-up actuals.
