为HPE品牌的服务器、存储、网络设备等提供售后技术支持；

面向日本的企业法人客户， 受理来自客户的技术支持请求并有效记录；

通过远程诊断，迅速帮助客户解决相应问题；

快速定位客户问题，基于相应的知识库、技术文档来针对已知问题找到相应的解决方案并提供专业的答复。

职位要求：

日语一级或相当水平，口语流利，商务用语和敬语使用熟练；

具备优秀的客户服务意识，踏实，认真，有高度的责任心；

具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、和不断的学习能力，能够独立处理问题；

有技术支持/call center经验或有日本留学/服务器/存储工作经历者优先考虑。
