? 负责与销售沟通，根据专业流程知识准确了解客户需求，并提供正确快速的解决方案;
? 使用HPE系统和工具，为销售提供专业支持，满足客户需求；
? 在日常操作中不断学习和更新流程知识，确保业务准确性和有效性;
? 与内外部资源进行良好的沟通与协作;
? 与主管和直接经理沟通活动状态，并及时反馈问题；
要求：
? 大学本科或同等学历，计算机相关背景优先；
? 2-3年相关工作经验，分析和解决问题的能力；
? 良好的口头和书面沟通能力，包括谈判、演示和影响能力;
? 日语听说读写流利 (JLPT-N2以上)；英语四级（读写顺畅）。
