• Gather market trends, data and stories from first hand and second hand sources in Nanjing as well as other China’s second and third tier cities. 
• Provide high quality insights on market conditions for investor and developer clients. 
•  Author key text for periodic market summaries on the quarterly basis. n   Travel requirements: 10-15%.          
• Demonstrated superior English writing, listening, as well as speaking skills. 
•  Comfortable working with numbers as well as written composition in English and Chinese, with an emphasis on English. 
•  Able express ideas clearly and with logic. Strong analytical skills, comfort with basic statistics, and an ability to examine logic. 
•  Attention to detail and precision in work assignments Adaptability and cultural sensitivity Excellent critical thinking skills Local geographic knowledge of the city. 
•  Superior competence with MS Office products and Windows platform in general. Tech savvy a plus, knowledge of design software a plus.   
•  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Fresh graduates with exposure to a corporate setting welcome to apply. 
• International exposure through education and or past employment Knowledge of the property industry desirable from a developer, investor, or related perspective. 
• One year of experience in a property or research role
