Job Purpose:

Develop sales of Bystronic laser and bending machine and all other related sales activities in designated territory

Duty & Responsibility:

Technical + Commercial support

Developing new customers on top of developing and managing existing customers

Acting as project leader for customer specific based tasks

Working closely with various department to have smooth running project, such as payment collection, service, handle customer complain

Coordination, interacting and communicating with sales management structure based in Shanghai HQ

Can train new sales representatives

Assist GSM to manage the sales team

Education and Professional Qualifications

College or Bachelor degree preferably in marketing and sales (or mechanical/electrical)

English Language (writing and reading)

Working Experience:

12 years in sheet metal processing industry

At least 5-8 years sales & marketing

Behavioral Attributes:

Strong technical background and commercial sense

Excellent skill in communication and negotiation

Adapt to travel

Strong analytical and problem resolving skills

Knowledge of related market of metal and mechanical

Team working

Results oriented

Committed & hard working

负责指定区域内Bystronic激光切割机,折弯机的销售及其相关业务。

职责和责任：

为客户提供技术和业务支持

开发新客户,二次开发和管理现有客户

作为项目负责人完成客户的要求

与各部门密切合作,使项目可以平稳运行,如付款收集、服务,处理客户投诉

与上海总部进行协调、互动和沟通

能够训练新销售代表

协助GSM管理销售团队

任职资格：

专科及以上学历，有市场营销和销售（或机械/电气）方面经验尤佳。

较好的英语阅读及写作能力。

至少12年的钣金加工行业作经验。

至少5-8年销售和市场工作经验。

有相关的技术背景和商业意识。

优秀的沟通技巧和谈判。

注重团队合作，愿意出差。

较强的分析和解决问题的能力。

熟悉相关地区市场的金属和机械领域。

能很好的完成销售指标。

工作勤奋。
