• Design new production line/production model for NPI projects.

• Maintenance productivity report, help operation departments to increase productivity.

• Assist in financial planning and cost analysis.

• Supporting to control and improve operation costs.

• Evaluate in-house / supplier capacity to support production planning and control systems.

• Resolve production problem

Job Requirements  & Skills

岗位要求

 

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or above

• More than 2 years’ experience(2 years for Grade 35/40; 5 years for Grade 45 / 50)

• Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing

• Sufficient computer operating skill, familiar with Windows office software

• Good team player

• Creative thinking, proactive and positive
