职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Field return FA activities, as contact window between internal and external for field return issues follow up. Take lead from failure mode define, root cause identify, corrective action implement and result verify.

- Responsible for QC issues (IPQC, OQC, ORT, qualification tests) FA, work with manufacture to find the root cause and take improvement action.

- Support NPI product FA activities.

- Provide support and work with manufacture for any critical quality issue occur in production line. provide quick countermeasure, and prevention actions in production. Find root cause and solution for issue resolve.

- Work with manufacture to conduct continue improvement activities to improve product quality. 


Requirements:

- Over 5 years PE experience in household or  consumer electronics products in charge of FA and improvement activities.

- Good knowledge and understanding in product structure, assembly process, quality control aspect, rich experience in EE portion in terms of PCBA design, layout, schematic and PCBA failure mode analysis is preferred.

- Good ability in problem-solving.  failure mode definition, root cause identification, improvement action and prevention action. Familiar with related FA tools.

- Good quality control knowledge.

- Good communication skill between internal and external to achieve the goal.

- Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.

- Aggressive, Self-motivated, proactive and quick response. 

- Capable to work under pressure.

- Flexible for business travel.
