职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Business Development
i. Working collaboratively with the sales teams to identify and evaluate new product initiatives and new offers of medical oxygen
ii. Working collaboratively with related function team, including PAG operating, technical team and filling centres in order to launch dedicated small medical oxygen cylinder.
iii. Develop a good understanding of existing customer requirements and how best to deliver/cross-sell a suite of products
iv. Identify issues experienced by key stakeholders and customers to provide solutions for AL key stakeholders/customers
v. Establish new products and services to grow revenue by maximising existing resources to deliver customer requirements
2. Marketing
i. Implement and follow AL Medical gas marketing strategies, develop a marketing programme, targeting customers and all key opinion leaders and authorities to drive successful market penetration
ii. Produce relevant Marketing material (brochures/ messages & pitch) and organize key events for promotion of AL brand & product/ services
iii. Organize training causes for healthcare professionals, doctors, nurses, and sales team, operating team in order to promote AL medical gas offers, especially for small medical cylinder offer
iv. Anticipate and influence customer needs and wants and strive to provide products and services that meet their short/medium and long term needs
v. Maintain effective representation in hospitals/authorities and develop initiatives through participating in working groups, Health industry networking opportunities
vi. Be sensitive of marketing change through collecting competitor's information and sales activities
Requirement:
1. Experience in Healthcare activities (Medical Gas/ Pharm. / Devices) would be advantage
2. 3-year-working experience in marketing / business development with developed business acumen
3. Good presentation and communication skill
4. Strong ability on result delivery
5. A good knowledge of the treatment pathway for Respiratory related illness would be advantage
6. A good knowledge of Medical Gas would be advantage
7. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
