职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Identify training requests, consolidate training needs, make annual training plan and implement the scheduled training program;
2. Monitor the training process, update training and development data in HRIS (PeopleSoft), and make analysis for training process improvement;
3. Select the qualified training providers and trainers.
4. Support the trainers with right training tools and methods;
5. Control the training budget, improve the training efficient.
6. Update training catalogue and maintenance local HR T&D website.
7. Delivery some generic training courses by oneself, such as communication skill, time management etc.
8. Support International and local training project, independently execute the project.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3~5 years experience in HR training and development in multinational company.
2. Be responsible and integrity.
3. Good Teamwork spirits and customer orientation.
4. Quick learner
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong interpersonal skills, facilitation and presentation skills.
6. Excellent PC skill (MS office - word, excel, PPT, etc.).
7. Good command of English both in verbal and written.
