Key Responsibilities:

- To project management and team management.

- To answer inquiries from clients on project progress, test result, test procedures, standard and any technical questions.

- Be responsible for manpower planning, development and upgrading of staff within the team.

- To act as technical expert/reviewer for the team and to review and approve test result.

- To provide coaching and training to engineers.

- To maintain the quality system according to the requirements of the accreditation bodies and the company.

- To implement the HSE Policy of the company.

- To prepare test procedures.

- To perform other job-related assignments as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering.

- Be familiar with the testing and certification business according to international standards of ***/IT products.

- Above 6 years experience in electrical industry, at least 3 years in management experience in leading an engineering team of well-known certification labs.

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Good listening, verbal and written skills in English.

- Strong communication skill and Good management skill.
