岗位职责： 

1、负责根据业务的意思回复客户相关邮件，及时提醒相关业务客户最新邮件信息； 

2、负责报价、留底、对账单等业务相关资料的整理和归档工作； 

3、负责协助业务进行订单进度跟踪处理； 

4、 协助业务完成客户的询价及报价事宜。 

5、 完成上级领导交代的其它工作。 

6、相关业务工作的汇报。 

任职要求： 

1、办公软件熟练，有相关工作经验者优先. 

2、 责任心强，工作认真细心，吃苦耐劳。

3、具有良好的沟通及团队精神； 

4、服从公司相关管理规定，为公司的客户划分及开拓提供参考意见。
