Job Responsibilities:
- Search and develop prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling
- Implement effective measures to ensure the attainment of objectives in business plan
- Provide guidance and structure for operating unit
- Participate in developing policies and strategic plans
- Develop new clients in an assigned territory by prospecting and securing new accounts
- Maintain and support existing customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Search for new accounts, understand customers' short and long-term needs and forecast business opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in related domain
- 1-4 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong work ethic; ability to meet/exceed targets
- Consultative selling approach to understand prospect's needs
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese (essential) and English
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proactive and positive attitude
