1、负责组织研制、设计、开发新产品；

2、研发跟踪、模具跟踪、可靠性试验问题分析解决；

3、研发技术评估与支持（功能评审、结构评审、模具评审和安规送测评估）；

4、日常研发技术工作文档的编写（BOM、相关设计文档等）。

任职要求：

1、机械结构理论扎实，有良好的问题分析、处理与预见能力；

2、熟悉小家电相关产品的技术标准（如光波炉、微波炉、蒸汽炉、电磁炉等）产品开发流程及相关安规标准；

3、能熟练掌握Solidworks，Autcad等计算机软件；

4、熟悉注塑模具和五金模具以及常用塑胶材料和金属材料的特性；

5、大专以上学历，机械相关专业，5年以上相关小家电产品的结构开发经验；
