Job description

- Follow customer orders and required dates.

- Record the according Purchase Orders to be sent to suppliers and manage the required dates.

- Follow supplier feedbacks on POs and delivery dates.

- Help and push suppliers to deliver on time our orders.

- Alert sales/management team about the delay or supplier issues to produce on time.

- Update the delivery dates on weekly basis in the ERP system.

- Create the according BOM in the ERP system.

- Following the production process : Collect each production step date from supplier, to enable the QC team interventions to be scheduled accordingly.

- Make the link between customers and suppliers by addressing customer issues and solving problems.

- Work with the Packaging Engineer department to follow new projects and insure the required ready date.

- Work in collaboration with Supply Chain department to organize shipments on time.

- Identify and select new suppliers to bring more innovation and try to control costs.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in business administration

- Significant experience in production planning & merchandising

- Experience in cosmetics industry is preferred

- Excellent organizational skills

- Rigorous

- Taking initiatives

- Responsible, pragmatic, hands-on

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin
