工作职责：

    

    

1、主要职责为协助研发工程师完成树脂合成、接枝改性等研究方向的开发，至少熟悉丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、有机硅树脂等树脂的一种或多种；

    

    

2、具备高分子合成的基本理论知识，能够阅读中英文专业文献；

    

    

3、可以独立或按照领导的要求确定研究方向，明确研究思路，编写研发立项材料等；

    

    

4、具有较强的动手能力和思考能力，能够协助研发工程师完成相关合成研究需要的平台搭建，包括团队人员的组建，把控实验进度，进行阶段总结分析及适时的方向调整。

    

    

    

任职要求：

1、2年以上工作经验    

2、大专及以上学历，化学、化工、高分子化学专业优先；

    

3、熟练操作Office、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件；

    

4、沟通协调及分析判断能力强，具有良好的工作素养。
