1.Organize and prepare for the Head of School’s various meetings and conferences including paperwork, filing and   computer records and take minutes if required. Attend and contribute to all required meetings(MDC,SCF etc) 

2.Arrange Head of School’s itinerary, such as transportation and accommodation for the trips.

3.Provide reception and hospitality for the Head of School’s visitors.

4.Translation and interpretation.

5.Support to Secondary School.

6.Support to Admissions and Marketing department

7.Support to Teaching(ESOL Learning Support)

8.Process the travel insurances for the students who go for the trips out of campus.

9.Assist in preparing for school activities and events.

10.Respond public enquiries via the school email and re-direct them to the appropriate people.

11.To be the first point of contact for parents and other visitors who contact the school without prior appointment and re-direct to the appropriate people to follow up.

12.Contact parents relating to school issues as directed by Head of School.

13.Take an active role in school improvement initiatives.

14.Share expertise with colleagues.

15.Know school policies and be able to answer everyday queries of parents.

16.Perform other duties as assigned by Head of School.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree,administration management or English mayjor,fluency in English,at least with one year experience in executive secretary .Excellent graduates are welcome.

2.Exellent in interpretation and Translation
