职位描述
Position: Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. EID Cards
- Develop a solid understanding and delivery of the e-identity card issuance and audit process
- Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests assigned from Member service in US.
- Maintain inventory of un-issued cards and readers. Order additional inventory as needed
- Coordinate requests for un-issued cards to US office
- Know how to prepare and send shipments using the FedEx and local couriers web sites
2. Operation Activities
- ability to work as part of the team-listening to team members, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure success of any and all efforts
- Handle ad hoc operations/data entries tasks
- Adherence to all Security Guidelines and personal responsibility for all security devices assigned to you
3. Backup for Admin Assistant to handle office administrative tasks
Qualifications / Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree with 0-2 year working experience
2. Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry
3. Strong communication skills and multilingual in the following languages – English(written) and Mandarin
4. Detail oriented, a desire to solve problems, analytical
5. Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline / time sensitive environment
6. Ability to work independently
