Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing recruitment channels to optimize the cooperated agencies management; Conducting candidates sourcing, screening, interview and selection etc. recruitment activities; Managing recruitment cost against budget.

Key areas of accountability:

• Responsible for recruitment channels development and maintenance.

• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, make necessary changes to meet actual situation requirement.

• Track labour market dynamic and employment status in different industrial field for decision making

• Responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, interview and selection, candidate reference check, nominated test delivery and on boarding arrangement, new staff introduction process, etc.

• Recruiting team management: clear job assignments and KPI setup; measure and review team members’ performance regularly, push each member to reach the goals

• Treat the labour resource network professionally and build up direct labour pipeline in right way and quantity levels

• Responsible for monthly recruitment cost controlling vs. budget, updating recruitment weekly report.

• Responsible for online job boards posting update and maintenance.

• Coordinate the annual campus recruitment activities and/or trainee program

• Coordinate interview arrangement like conference room booking, candidate reception and interview process introduction etc.

• Responsible for follow on new staff performance and take any improvement actions.

• Other tasks assigned by immediate manager and/or Head of HR.

Job scope:

Work under proper supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge.  Work can be done by following the set processes.  Interaction with both internal and external parties.  Have direct impact to recruiting quality in certain levels.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree graduate

• Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting, one or more other HR functions working experience is preferred

• Excellent HR knowledge on recruiting and general HR management

• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate, conscientious and has good time management for prioritizing

• Has proven competencies on handling multiple tasks; detailed and good following up
