职位描述
* At least 10 years working experience in Athletics footwear from product development to commmercialization stage.
* Lead the team on sample development, last , materials, patterns,construction, finishing, tooling and costing etc.
* Work as communication window between USA team and Asia team, for all development and commercialization cases.
* Protos and Roadlots status review with team members and to guide them for the pending issues.
* Conducting weekly meetings, technical review meetings and transfer the technical details, within the team mates.
