Career Coach/Resume Writer (Full-time/Part-time)

工作职责：

1、与留学生海归客户深度沟通，提供职业规划、中英文简历撰写、面试笔试辅导、求职咨询答疑、网申和岗位推荐等服务

2、帮助客户掌握行业知识、提升求职技能，从而在求职过程中脱颖而出

3、解答客户在求职过程中遇到的问题

4、参加专业培训与交流，提高简历和求职辅导服务专业水平

5、定期汇报服务进度和客户反馈，协助优化产品，提升客户体验

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，具有人力资源/招聘/培训、猎头或咨询从业经历优先

2、熟悉至少一个行业领域，了解企业招聘流程、需求和职业发展

3、具有优秀的英语读写能力，英语专业八级优先，海归优先

4、对职业咨询行业感兴趣，乐于并善于沟通

5、具有亲和力，较强的责任感，注重细节

工作性质：如条件优秀且个人时间较充裕，本岗位可接受Part-time形式

Job opening: Career Coach/Resume Writer（Full-time/Part-time）

Principal Responsibilities:

1、Career Development/Consultation: Support the clients in attaining their career and professional goals by providing services including CV/cover letter creation and optimization, career exploration, interview training, mock interviews, job recommendation and various workshops

2、Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels

3、Provide individual career guidance to best assist clients in defining career options, developing employment skills and job search procedures

4、Assess individual career development needs, providing clients the skills necessary to make better career decisions and take effective actions

5、Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor or above, with working experience in recruiting/headhunting/training/consulting related area

2、Overseas education or work experience is preferred

3、Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career

4、Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

5、Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player

6、Convincing communication skills in English and Chinese

7、Mobility and flexibility, excellent multi-tasking skills
