 Key Responsibilities： 

 

Order Management:

 

·Release orders into SAP system  and check orders after conferences, issue order confirmation and edit orders based on demand from sales or dealers

 

·  Follow up Main order delivery information from HQ, Minimize order cancellation and delay

 

·  Delivery of repeat order and A&A order on time

 

·  Work together with logistics to fulfil the delivery plan by week and by month level 

 

Finance:

 

·Follow up on dealers’ payment plan, weekly update dealers payment information for overdue

 

·Implement credit policy, apply credit limit for dealers 

 

 

Handling Dealer/Consumer Complaint

 

·Handling quality problem from dealers

 

·Communicate and coordinate between dealers and consumer when receiving consumer complaint

 

· Consolidate customer/consumer claim information accurately and timely 

 

 

Report

 

·  Collect dealer’s weekly/monthly report

 

·Consolidate report as requested timely and accurately 

 

 

Others

 

·Ensure that feedback of inquiry or complaint from customers is done in 24 hours

 

·Support local area sales in ways where they need information about

 

·Assist to arrange all major activities / workshop / meeting.

 

Position Requirements: 

 

• At least 3 years customer service experience
• Basic English, can use  English version office software
• Able to work independently with strong self-initiative, good sense of service
• Good command of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
• Good analytical and problem solving skills 
• Basic functions of SAP & Business warehouse
• Proficient with MS Excel
