7.Check company medicine box and update it timely

8.Update staff information table timely

9.Meeting service support and coordination

会议支持与协调

10.Monthly expenses allocation and payment arrangement

每月费用分配及付款安排

11.Submit and release PO

递交采购PO单事宜

12.Other office administrative work assigned

Skills & Requirements

1.Knowledge of MS-Office (Windows, Word, Excel, etc

熟悉办公软件

2.Good at telephone system usage.

熟悉电话系统的使用

3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4.Good in both written and oral English.

熟悉英语读写，能简单的英语沟通

Education & Experience

1.College or above in English, Business, Administration or other related major
