Main Responsibilities
TRENDS & FASHION
*Interpret H&M general trends and enabling them into new, commercial components
*Scout for future components (pre-season) (magazines, internet, fairs, travel max 2/season)
*Follow closely what trends competitors are working on in supply chain
DEVELOP NEW COMPONENTS AND SECURE THEIR LINK TO BUSINESS
*Innovate, create and drive component innovation according to trends and price targets
*Develop new components globally
*Responsible for identifying consolidation options
*Secure that business rule is align with supply chain strategy Produce Manager/Material and component team
COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION
*Work closely with the Trend Group
*Work closely with each Concept team to secure their needs
*Work closely together with material and component teams
*Work closely with PM and merchandisers
*Work closely with Technical Designer/Component technician
*Work closely with supply chain (with component team) to enable new components
*Great communication skills to present/sell the content in the Showroom

*Strong trend and fashion education relevant to product
*Strong experience in scouting trends and interpreting trend
*Strong experience in Woven Light Wear. Strong component & Production experience
*Great communication skills to present/sell the content in the Showroom
*Good communication in both written and spoken English
