Main Responsibilities
TRENDS & FASHION
*Proactively understand technical trends (pre-season)
*Translate product trends into innovative technical solutions
*Follow the technical trends closely in supply chain globally and what competitors are working on in supply chain
TECHNICALLY DEVELOP NEW COMPONENTS
*Drive component innovation according to trends and price targets
*Develop technical solutions for new components globally
*Innovate and create components to ensure trends and best commercial options
*Provide best prototype/sample to showroom in time
*Conduct risk assessment for production friendliness
*Responsible for risk assessment with QA, full QA and follow up
COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION
*Work closely with Trend Developer
*Work closely with each Concept Team to secure their needs
*Work closely with material and component teams together with Trend Developer
*Work closely with specific contact at relevant Production Offices
*Work closely with supply chain to enable our new components

B) Work experience
*Strong technically trend and fashion education
*Strong experience in scouting technical trends and enabling trends into technical solutions
*Strong technical experience in the Woven Light Wear
*Strong technical component experience. Production experience. Supplier experience is a plus
*Good communication in both written and spoken English
