Main Requirements:

*Bachelor degree, major in Textile, Business Degree is preferred.

*More than 2 years in experience of Knit fabric.

*Good command of written and oral English.

*Good communication skill and willing to learn.

*Flexible, extrovert and easygoing.

Main responsibilities:

COOPERATION WITH Buying Office AND OTHER Production Offices

*Keep a close cooperation with the CSR-Product team and others working with the sustainable materials at Buying Office.

*Work closely with the Conscious Material Coordinators: regularly update them on the new products or processes in the markets, develop sustainable material samples, conduct price impact studies.

*Coordination with Global Sustainable Material Responsible (based in Shanghai PO) to align the PO goals with the Global goals.

*Regularly update the sustainable booking information as per the instructions mentioned in the organic and recycled manuals.

*Keep close contact with other PO Sustainable Material Responsible in order to share experience and learn from each other.

*Keep SEBO informed about the production related issues of sustainable materials.

*Coordinate with Product Integrity Responsible at the CSR-Product department to ensure the credibility of sustainable products.

COOPERATION WITH H&M SUPPLIERS OR OTHER EXTERNAL PARTIES

*Inform suppliers on how to comply with H&M organic and other sustainable material requirements.

*Coordinate supplier organic/ recycled certification process in cooperation with the certification agencies.

*Support suppliers to get organic and other sustainable material certification.

*Support suppliers with finding sources for sustainable materials.

*Keep track of the transaction certificates for organic and other sustainable materials. Save the TCs in coordination with the merchandising teams.

*Keep close communication with certifiers: be updated about changes in the standards and inform certifiers regarding H&M requirements.
