Financial Controller/ Senior Finance Manager, JV

Location - Chongqing

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY

Performance Management

1. Responsible for BG JV annual
   budgeting, quarterly and monthly forecast
2. Drive the achievement of
   Revenue/Operating Profit/OCF targets with data consistency, accuracy and
   integrity
3. Provide insightful performance
   analysis, flag issues and close gaps
4. Support the integration process of
   post-acquisition

Compliance / Risk Management

1. Tax, regulation compliance, mitigate
   financial risks
2. Responsible for month-end closing
   (with FSSC)
3. Internal control process improvement
   & compliance, external audit compliance

Cash Management

1. Setup KPIs of WIP/ITBI, AR and
   DSO/CIDS and drive reduction/improvement.
2. Drive BG/Department/JV working
   capital self-sufficient, balance AR collection and pay-out.
3. ERP/System management
4. Responsible for system
   implementation & operation.
5. Drive continuous improvement

Capability Management

1. Lead and manage business controller
   team and JV accounting team, able to working with different stakeholders,
2. Develop finance knowledge,
   capability and leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor degree or  equivalent level, majoring in Accounting and Finance
2. Working experience: More than 10 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
3. Experience as Finance Manager in JV organization is MUST
4. System skills must include ERP system and advanced Excel (pivot tables)
5. Good communication skills and able to work independently and under pressure
6. Strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
7. Workable English
