1.Work with Suppliers to monitor production control with in-line inspection and final inspection to find potential problems. 同供应商一起对产品工艺进行有效控制， 对产品进行最终检验以避免潜在风险或缺陷

    

2.Feedback to your team leader on your findings during inspection, which was based on your detailed work.  及时反馈验货发现， 避免投诉

3.  Give advice or suggestions to supplier on how to deal with the defects or potential problems.

向供应商提出合理的整改意见或建议

    

 4.Prepare the inspection report and get supplier agreement on your findings.

针对验货中的问题， 及时向供应商传达并针对问题点达成一致处理意见

    

 5.Finish the inspection report with proper tool (Qarma app / written report) and take inspection photos for further traceability    使用专用验货软件或根据实际验货请看填写手写报告，同时验货照片充分， 客观， 做到可追溯

    

 6.Send back inspection report within timeline.及时完成报告并给到相关部门

    

 7.Always keep the report clear and clean for easy read.验货报告描述准确，通俗易懂

    

 8.Always comply with company policy and QC Manual.遵循QC手册进行验货， 保证一致性

    

9.Once there is needed, also need involve into new sample development with buying team. (factory visit, sample checking, etc) 必要时， 参与供应商开发及产品开发

任职要求：

 Previous employment in sizable EU buying office, third party or trading firm for EEC retail market is a definite asset 采购办事处或外资公司灯具电器类验货经验优先

Familiar with lighting industries, especially for table lamp, floor lamp, wall lamp, pendant, LED, have knowledge on basic safety test on lighting items, know details on the production process or technology

熟悉灯具行业及灯具产品, 特别是台灯， 地灯，墙灯， 吊顶灯， LED， 对于灯具类产品的安规有基本了解, 并熟练掌握验货时需要使用的相关测试方法。

 Have knowledge on different surface treatment processes, for example, powder coating, painting, vacuum plating on different base materials

了解基于不同材质进行表面处理的工艺及要求，比如表面喷涂，油漆，真空镀等常见表面处理工艺

You are strong communication skill with different parties (buying team, QC team, Suppliers).

have basic technical background to analyze and deal with findings during inspection

fluent in Mandarin and have high request on English reading and writing
