主要职责:
*负责验证发票，根据适当的日期安排付款和收款服务
*确保在ERP系统中的会计项目内的PO发票定时更新
*能够独立处理GL，增值税报告及退税手续，A/ R，A/ P和其他日常会计工作
*根据增值税专用发票相应输入 PO 发票资料往系统中
*控制运费分配给相关的成本单位
*任何其他专责职务

岗位要求：
*大学本科毕业, 拥有至少2 - 3年以上相关工作经验于外国的企业中任职较佳
*能够独立处理A / R，A / P和跟进任何未解决的问题，有处理退税 (VAT) 相关程序经验
*细心及良好的组织能力，工作认真及重视承诺如及清理处理会计月结, 年结事项
*良好的沟通和人际交往能力，勤奋及与同事在团队中建立团队精神
*有出色的Microsoft office的运作知识，特别是对EXCEL的运用
* 过往有操作ERP系统的经验较佳
*良好的英语口语和书面英语（CET-4或以上）
* 现居东莞市者较佳

Position :Accountant

Key responsibilities:
* Verifying Invoices, payment and collection according to appropriate due dates
* Ensure information of PO Invoices are upkeeping in ERP accoutning module from time to time
* Independently handle GL, VAT report, A/R, A/P and other routine accounting issues
* Posting PO invoice in system according to VAT invoice
* Control freight allocation to relevant cost unit
* Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:
* University gratudate with 2 - 3 years relevant working experience, preferrably in foreign based organization
* Independently handle A/R, A/P, VAT report and follow up outstanding issues
* Detail minded and well organized, willing to commit to deadlines such as month-end, year-end closing
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, hardworking and good relatinoship with peers in the team and other departments
* Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft office, especially for advance EXCEL function
* Previous experience with ERP system is a plus
* Good spoken and written English (CET-4 or above)
* Dongguan citizen and immediate available is preferred
