1.PURPOSE

• Support the Regional Compliance Manager of Asia to manage financial (SOx) and non-financial compliance in the China region.

2.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Compliance (SOx) and Internal Control

• Perform quality control review to ensure business units adequately document and test their internal controls in Paisley
• Review Process 24 and company level control testing for business units in China.
• Support and assist business units on completing their SOX testing and documentation requirements.
• Support Control Design, Implementation and Testing for upcoming SAP Implementation.
• Conduct walkthroughs on processes in factory and headquarter locations in China, and assist in developing and implementing plans to improve the control environment
• Coordinate with business units in China to ensure audit points are addressed properly, timely and completely.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Ethics and Compliance

• Provide support in conducting investigations on Ethics and Compliance complaints and hotline calls.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure 100% completion rate of all required ethics trainings.
• Support in compiling ethics trainings for China business units and perform research on ethics situation within the China business units.

3.DIMENSIONS

• Based in Guangzhou.
• Willing to travel as the job requires.
• Responsibility mainly in China business Units including:
• Heinz Long Fong, Heinz UFE, Heinz Qingdao, Heinz China Sauces and Condiments, Heinz Foodstar, and other affiliate: 15 headquarter and factory locations
• Have opportunities to involve in projects in other Asia business units including:Heinz Japan, Heinz Korea, Heinz Sinsin, Heinz Singapore, Heinz Vietnam, Heinz Indonesia and Heinz India: 16 headquarter and factory locations

4.KNOWLEDGE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting/finance/business administration

Work Experience

• 5 years of accounting/auditing experience
• Big 4 experience and/or industry experience
• Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
• SAP knowledge is a plus

Other Competencies

• Excellent fluency in written English and good command of spoken English
• Fluency in Cantonese is a plus, but not necessary
