职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Manage a team of Project Eng'r to lead or execute projects on NPD sourcing, sustaining, cost reduction & supplier improvement.
? Monitor and negotiate necessary pricing/commercial/technical/quality issues in relation to needed products and sources before submit for final approval.
? Support implementation of supplier strategies as directed from Strategic Sourcing
? Manage Product Eng'g in create and maintain product specification, P99, and execute FAI approval.
? Coordinate within China Office on QMS and SC auditing to potential new suppliers and existing suppliers.
? Collect new product ideas from exhibition and suppliers. Work closely with BUs on product development/ market trend/ and sourcing directions.
? Effective communicate with BUs and provide status reports regularly.
? Other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
? Degree/Higher Diploma in Business or Engineering.
? Minimum 5 years of related experience and 2 years in supervisory level.
? Good proven records in sourcing and project management, preferable in safety and security products, hardware & chain cable.
? Sound knowledge in import/export business environment.
? Knowledge in US markets is preferable.
? Good experience in using MS Office, Outlook, and related computer software.
? Self-motivated, good team work leader, analytic and data driven, strong multi-national communication skills.
? Good in both oral and written English is a MUST.
