- 配合测试工程师建立产品的测试要求和测试规范Coordinate with test engineer to build test requirement and standard.
- 协助采购部门完成电线原材料的开发 assist purchasing depart to develop new materials.
- 建立产品制程工艺卡，建立生产流程等等。Establish product manufacturing processes including queue time analysis, production flow, process work instructions, etc.
- 使用精确的方法（比如过程控制SPC、全员生产维修TPM和精益生产Lean Manufacturing）研究判定产品的最高良率、最低成本和可接受质量限。Use statistical principles (SPC, TPM, Lean Manufacturing) to determine the highest yield, lowest cost and acceptable quality limit processes for the specific product.
- 通过和制造工程ME的合作，评估生产机器的可靠度和性能以提高生产的效率和提高良率。Work with the manufacturing equipment engineering team to evaluate reliability and performance of equipment for improved operations efficiency and new products to maximize and ensure optimum yield.
- 利用FMEA (失效模式与影响分析)和PPAP(生产件批准程序)相关的原理建立生产控制计划。 与品质部合作掌控产品的主要控制点和制程特点Utilize FMEA and PPAP type principles to establish product control plans. Work with Quality Engineering on necessary control points and key process characteristics.
- 确认、发展和实施生产制程持续改善计划，以达到产品质量、生产力和成本的改善Identify, develop and drive manufacturing process continuous improvement programs to achieve improvement in product Quality, process productivity and cost.
- 与品质部、产品研发和生产合作，针对产线上的问题做出反应，确认、测试和实施解决方法。As a team with quality, design engineering and manufacturing, respond to all production line disturbances and work to help identify, test and implement solutions to the problem.
- 启动和实施所有的ECO工程变更，确认产线上的及时履行。Initiate and drive all ECO requests through the process and ensure on-time implementation on the manufacturing line.
通过和生产的合作，管理和建立生产人员、技术人员和维修人员的操作程序。As a team with production personnel management, establish operator, technician and maintenance operating procedures.


1> 三年或以上的电线押出生产及设计工作经验，能够根据客户的要求和相关标准设计出相应的电线规格，熟悉UL相关的标准如UL1581和UL 758,
3 years cable extrusion manufacturing and design experience，can work out the cable spec accordingly per customer’s requirement and UL standard, and familiar with UL standards such as UL1581 and UL758.
2>大学毕业或以上学历，工科或相关专业。若没达到学历要求的应聘者可能会被考虑为较低的职位
University graduate in a related engineering field (IE, ME, MFG Engineering) or proven experience equivalent. Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered for lower positions.
