Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP (PP/MM)


General Competencies
System Business Analyst, based in China.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, be self-motivated and directed, be well-rounded and be able to work well with people. Communication in both Chinese and English will be key, as major initiatives will be supported by IT in the US.

Responsibilities
This position will be working collaboratively with business units and other IT team members to:
- Assist business stakeholders in defining requirements.
- Translate the business requirements, strategies and goals into an IT solution.
- Research, analyze, and recommend solutions which meet the business needs.
- Interface with business users and technical staff to translate business user requirements into technical documentation such as use cases, process diagrams, functional design documents, and other system documentation required by project lifecycle methodologies.
- Analyze business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, configure the application to meet requirements, and coordinate testing with QA and User Acceptance testers.
- Produce system documentation and data flows.
- Train users for new applications and processes
- Interface on a day to day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers and IT managers to support business operations.
- Be a major player in business process improvement and a catalyst for building mature processes.
- Develop business specifications for application development or enhancements and be the key interface between users and IT.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
- Knowledge of PP processes (is must) within an SAP environment. (MM/WM is preferred).
- Minimum 3 full cycle SAP rollout project experience as internal/external consultant.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills-both English and Chinese.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Minimum 5 years IT background with 3 years in SAP, performing the analysis of business requirement, propose solution, system development and customizing. Conduct testing (FUT, IST, UAT) and golive support.
-Be capable and have strong interest in leading project and managing enhancements. Will to sharing production supporting workload as part time work.
- Proficiency in documenting Use Cases, Requirements, Process and Data Flow Diagrams in a technical environment.
- Advanced proficiency with use of Microsoft Office applications including, Word, MS Project, Excel and Visio and other tools that facilitate the requirements gathering and design phases of the SDLC.
