我们的客户是某大型港资皮具制造集团属下的五金厂，主要生产手袋、箱包、服饰类五金类配饰品。

Reporting Lines 汇报关系:

汇报对象 : 总经理

Job Requirements 职位要求:

1. 从事手袋，服饰、灯饰等小五金类产品生产管理工作经验5-10年以上。

2. 有多年五金生产流程设计及管理经验，具备良好的计划、组织、协调能力和沟通能力，对生产过程中的人、机、料、法、环，能进行有效的统筹管理，五金行业工作经验丰富者优先录用。

3. 熟悉各种金属材料的特性，对生产成本观念强，具创新思维，对各种机台设备性能了解，精通机械加工、五金冲压、电镀、焊接工艺，对设备检修、设备维护和保养及维修的知识有基本了解。

4. 能制定生产中各项管理制度及流程，组织召开车间各项会议。

5. 懂得在确保正常生产的情况下，采用新技术、新工艺以提高产品质量，合理降低生产成本。

6. 有较强的组织协调执行能力，处事果断，条理清晰。
