Mission Statement

Supporting the PT business as a whole by improving order and contract management through studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes. (6 months contractor)

General Function & Key Objectives:

Provide best customer care support for sales team to achieve maximum customer value.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Support equipment sales team including APE, PAL & PAF in regional area.

2. Order management.-Sales order booking, following until delivery& invoice issuing.

3. Contract Management & Documents filling - Check Contract Terms according to Policy & Prucuka, following legal requirement and standard; File contracts as requested, all contracts / documents should be filed either electronically and physically.

4. Other jobs/projects required by manager.

5. Support marketing on sales report.

   Other Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be able to explore opportunities and take actions, striving to do more than is required or expected. Preferring to take own initiative under the pressure.

JOB Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. College degree or above.

2. 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or Sales/Marketing Support Function.

3. SAP experience is plus.

4. Good computer skills including Microsoft excel skills.

5. Relevant qualification or studying towards.

Language Ability: (English & Mandarin)

1. English in both spoken and written.

Training & Skill Development:

1. Proficient in MS Office suite & Outlook.

2. Understanding of ERP systems SAP.

General Work Attitude:

1. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

2. Work with initiative

3. Quick learner
