? Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably gained from dyeing mill, washing laundries and factories;
? Monitor all color and wash development of both bulk and samples;
? Provide technical advice to washing laundries and factories;
? Ensure wet process garments are under strictly controlled condition;
? Experience in research and development of new washing effect is an advantage;
? Well versed in dyeing and washing techniques as well as testing requirements for different fabric category including woven and denim;
? Chemical knowledge and wet and dry processing knowledge are preferable;
? Strong technical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills;
? Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, good computer knowledge.
? Frequent travel to Northern China is required.
