Job Description:
Manage the development and production of multiple manufacturing programs utilizing OEM suppliers to deliver projects in full, on time and to the right quality.

Responsibilities:
·Develop a thorough knowledge of all RTC Technical Services policies & processes.
·Interface with the Engineering and Design Department to offer manufacturing expertise in new development projects.
·Prepare project and program Critical Paths, timelines, and status reports.
·Manage internal and external Action Items
·Project / Production Management planning including coordination of multiple component suppliers.
·Develop an expert understanding of production and manufacturing process and materials to improve your ability to execute your job duties.
·Review specifications on new projects to establish and highlight any potential areas that may impact on schedules, such as new paint finish, new materials, new processes, etc.
·Working closely with the Chinese suppliers to ensure that the purchased and manufactured products meet company and customer requirements.
·Interact with regional / global RTC offices for transfer of knowledge.
·Maintain and grow Engineering expertise.
·Manage expenses to a minimum.

Requirements:
·Degree in Engineering - mechanical, industrial, other
·4-6 years experience, emphasis in metal, plastic, and manufacturing engineering highly beneficial
·2-4 years Project management experience
·Excellent communication and technical skills
·Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
·Interest to participate in many areas of business
·Based In Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
