职位概要: Job Summary
猎头区域主管负责招聘团队工作,独立为外部客户提供人才寻访及开发服务。
The Regional Supervisor requires that the employee in charge of talent acquisition service team, provides the professional service to the external clients independently.
主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
· 制定年度招聘业务工作计划,完成年度绩效指标
Set annual recruitment business plan, fulfill annual KPI target
· 独立为客户提供专业的人才寻访等服务,基于客户的需求,带领团队制定专项招聘计划并开展招聘工作
Provide professional recruitment service to client independently, based on the client’s requests, leading team make recruitment plan and carry out the following work
· 负责招聘团队的组建、培训开发、运营监督及其他日常管理工作
In charge of building a recruitment team, training and developing the team, supervise team’s daily work
· 通过各种渠道,如人脉,展会,互联网平台等主动联系,开发潜在客户并且完成签约
Through various channels, e.g. personal connections, seminar, website etc. approaching and developing potential clients, and turn to signed clients successfully.
· 管理人才库,并参与完善业务流程
Manage talent pool, participate and streamline the work procedure
· 撰写相关文章在公司的媒介上,且能够对外做相关的宣讲
contribute with related articles on the company’s media channels, and presentation to the public
·管理现有客户并进行日常关系的维护;
Assist line manager to manage the clients and maintain the relationship;
· 部门领导交办的其他事务。
The other tasks assigned by the line manager.
任职要求:
· 熟悉中国大陆的人力资源及招聘工作
Good knowledge in HR & Recruitment work in China
· 具有人力资源相关资格证者优先考虑;
Possession of certificate of HR preferred
· 对猎头工作模式和行业有深入认知,有一定的客户资源;
Outstanding knowledge in headhunting work mode and industry, have customers resources
· 优秀的客户服务能力,较强的解决问题的能力,组织能力,并能够行胜任在任何情况下的客户服务;同时具备良好的抗压性。
Outstanding skill in provision of services to clients, reasonably strong ability to solve problems, organize, and to provide service to clients under special circumstances. Work under great pressure meanwhile.
· 优秀的中英文沟通能力;
Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin. Good oral Cantonese skills is preferred;
· 良好的使用办公软件的能力,包括 Excel, Word及PPT。
Excellent office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT) skills.
· 诚实可靠、工作细致,注重团队合作精神;
Reliable and accurate; ability to work as a good team player;
· 适应灵活的工作环境,适应加班和经常的出差
Able to work in a flexible environment where overtime and frequent business trips may be required
教育背景 Educational Background
· 本科及以上学位,人力资源管理,英语,工商管理,法律或相关专业;
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource management, English, Business Management, Law or related;
经验 Experience
· 5-8年全职相关工作经验,有猎头行业,人力资源咨询行业的管理经验
5 to 8 years full-time related working and familiar with HR & recruitment management in a headhunting company or in a consulting industry
· 有团队或者领导新人培训的经验
Has team management or newcomer training experience
工作关系 Working Relations
· 维持跨部门的关系,以解决问题;
Maintain good relations across departments to resolve problems
· 有效沟通与内部部门和外部客户的关系;
Effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
· 发展和沟通与内部同事的工作关系。
Develop communication and working relationship with internal colleagues
